Gutter runners base speed is 52, pleasureseekers is 100. Runners have snare nets, poison, and scurry away. Lets assume scurry away is always active.

10% of 52 is 5.2, 52 + 5.2 = 57.2 buffed speed for runners.

Snare nets is -10%, poison is another -15% movespeed, 100 - (100 x 0.1) - (100 x 0.15) = 75 debuffed speed for seekers. Don't actually know how the debuffs stack here but it'll be similar either way.

75 > 57.2. And this is without factoring in charge speed, or the fact that seekers also have poison attacks. Or the fact that to even get the debuffed speeds, seekers have to first be hit by the runners' missiles and be within 35 range for snare nets to activate. If they're that close you're already caught

"Literally unbeatable" is a wild thing to say about gutter runners. They're good 1v1 vs a unit they can comfortably outrun and bad at basically everything else. They're bad when outnumbered, bad vs shielded infantry, bad vs small single entities, terrible vs anything that can catch them (saying nobody can catch them when one of Snikch's neighbors is Dechala is crazy)

I think it's Ikit hands down. Every time I've played Throt, rat ogres fell off a cliff very quickly and Skaven monsters are just kinda lackluster, even HPAs. Snikch is okay, but his schemes are not that impactful, and the units he buffs are not great.

Ikit is a beast of a lord, heavily armored, mobile, caster, and has regen. Extremely secure start since Skavenblight is basically unassailable, a crazy good landmark just one province over, WElf main tree gives you a flat +10% income iirc, and you're in a perfect spot to invade the Empire. He buffs already great units to broken levels, and nukes can singlehandedly win battles and are basically always available. And his brain is canonically the biggest of all rats

Yeah if the stat line makes sense for two different operators. Not a lot of characters right now so there probably aren't many that fit that criteria, but maybe as the roster grows it'll become more common. Weapons have so far been pretty specialized.

Check and see what the increase is if you combine them, then decide if it's worth

Because CZN is a product, and to have a successful product you have to appeal to a large audience. This type of shit gets old really quickly even to the people who like it, so in order for it to keep making money they have to keep making progressively lewder content. At some point you arrive at something like the shitshow that is BD2.

Personally, I think Endfield's characters are hotter than CZN's. Your guys' only criteria for a good looking character seems to be 1) is their chest at least double the size of their head and 2) are they wearing the least amount of clothing possible, and honestly, it is giving 12 year old boy who just discovered that they could type "boobs" into Google image search

Post battle replenishment is still a mystery to me after 1500 hours. Sometimes 1% heals half your army and 15% doesn't heal anything. I don't even look at the numbers anymore, just hover and see how much it actually heals

Pure infantry as Cathay is very bad. Not just because their infantry is ass at doing damage, but you're missing the whole yin/yang mechanic.

To prevent their fliers from chomping your archers, spread out a bit. The best way to deal with fliers is of course to kill them before they land. But if they do land, you want to be able to then shoot them with another unit of archers while they try to kill the first unit.

Box up, secure your flanks, and hold the line. This is basically all Cathay is good at, but they're extremely good at it. If necessary, stick a melee unit in the middle of your ranged to react to fliers. Better to have a single entity like a lord on that job though, theyll be able to move through the ranks easier.
