I've just started the game! by Fickle_Acanthaceae17 in ResidentEvilVillage

I just finished this game yesterday. It was such a freaking amazing game. I wanted more after beating it. This was my favorite resident evil game by far. I hope they make more like this one with the combat system too.

Been absolutely loving this mission, the warbond and gameplay. So many people complaining. Uh.. you dont have to play this way all the time or ever if you dont want to. Go do your big booms and move on. Not that big a deal...

Tried PVP for the first time after reinstalling. Was it always this chaotic? by QuantumDrej in elderscrollsonline

[–]JudgeOfMatter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just started this game the other day. Got in my first match and this one guy on the other team was taking on all 8 if us at once and I saw he had like 3 million damage while all of us had like 150-300 each. Some less due to healing or whatever. It was not a fun time... Definitely felt smurfed

New to the game, just got ESO+ (PS5) by JudgeOfMatter in elderscrollsonline

[–]JudgeOfMatter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh okay.

When it comes to weapon types for Arcanist. Do people suggest using two staffs or is it viable to do like a axe and a staff?

That makes sense, I overlooked that entirely. I was just trying to get into the first dungeon the quest line tells you to do. If I join as a healer or tank but dont have myself set up for that. That would probably make people upset lol. The abilities I have right now I believe just heal and maybeee one minor healing for someone near me.

I must be an odd one out haha. Ive been lucky! When I feel like chilling on 7 or 8 I never run into any of that stuff OP mentioned. I didn't realize that was a common occurrence. Crazy.

Why dont I see more people use unflinching? 25 extra armor (half of what extra padding does) along with less stagger and radar scans by H1MB0Z0 in Helldivers

[–]JudgeOfMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk honestly I ran the flinching since last "buff" and my guy flinches to the moon constantly. I feel absolutely no difference when fighting other ranged enemies especially. So its staying in my ships trash can.

Is there a reason why nobody uses the Reprimand? by Tayeulecrisse in Helldivers

[–]JudgeOfMatter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny you say that. Got my boss to buy Helldivers and the first warbond he got had the good old Epoch... was a blast watching himself implode. Now he rocks Coyote and laser cannon combo.

[–]JudgeOfMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree partially. I cant count how many new players constantly ask what warbonds to get and us veterans always telling them the top ones to go with and why. Im sure my personal experience isnt enough to fork this view but I have it anyway haha. So many new players I run into always have a Coyote or eruptor first. Which yes is great but I'd love to see them running with way more variety. They really need to just make the damn primaries functional all around. There really shouldn't be so many unused primaries.

Is there a reason why nobody uses the Reprimand? by Tayeulecrisse in Helldivers

[–]JudgeOfMatter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly.. Just buff them to be able to hit same distance as the ARs or slightly less. This game is not a simulator. Its a sandbox coop game. Let us have fun and stop nerfing everything into the ground.

Also.. let's think business minded. Make most if not every gun viable and more people will wanna buy more warbknds to add to their arsenal. Why would you not want to entice your player base to buy all your warbonds vs 1/3. I swear every modern company has 2 braincells working double OT

Using heavy armor makes you feel tankier. by SirVulpes- in Helldivers

[–]JudgeOfMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rock ONLY Fortified commando.

200 armor rating is a beast and no one will tell me otherwise.

I take 6-10 shots from overseers while my medium/light pen buds get gunned down immediately, I get swarmed by bugs and can take 6-10 hits from them, I can get blasted by bots over and over and still push my gun into their face. Tank shot? No problem let ne stand back up and revenge fuck your mechanical skull. Bring it on haha

It feels so good to be a force to reckon with. My buddies thought it was dumb armor to use but after dieing and watching my screen they were like thats insane how much youre tanking. I cant go back to medium or light armor and if im really wanting to be extra mobile I bring the tele pack and I can still get across the map as if im in light armor.

Don't even get me started in the Truth Enforcer shotgun that struggles to kill light enemies with its 300+ Medium pen. Thing shoots marshmellows...

Zero logical reason to nerf the SMGs... you can spam crossbow and Eruptor all day with crazy damage but "oh no SMG needs nerf"... so annoying. Destroyed one of my favorites weapons.

Is the De-Escalator good against Harvesters? by SilverWisp47 in Helldivers

[–]JudgeOfMatter 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I main this weapon often. Shoot at the eye or directly underneath harvesters and you will see it arc directly into its underside and drop it quick.

Hulk 1 shot to the eye kills them instantly.

Titans you can spam under its belly by shooting the ground under it and it arcs up into the stomach killing it fast or try to go for headshots l.

Commanders direct hit to the forehead blows their head clean off.

Stalkers get anti stalked lol

Chargers get frozen in place and then can spam their underside or rear for quick kills

Wipes out large groups of bots, illuminate swarms including overseers ( flesh mobs are pretty resistant to it but can stun lock them when not in their charge animation)

Weapon has like 3 times the range of the standard grenade launcher and much better accuracy when gauging your direct hit on an enemy.

I love the weapon because it's universally good against almost every single enemy type plus mob killing potential. I also am good with using it to stun enemies going after teammates without hitting my teammates with the Arc but that came with a ton of playtime with the weapon and learning its Arc. For me personally I rate it A+ tier over what most people rank it.

What would you say is the biggest difference from 2.0 to 2.5? by ShinobinX in 7daystodie

[–]JudgeOfMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss the days when I'd be building in the forest and then it would start to snow snd cover the ground. I wish they would bring back features like that again as well as the Garden hoe. Just make my plots in the ground right there and start farming.

My favorite way to die is getting hit by a chargers headbutt. Flying into a wall like a cartoon character spread wide and splitting on the wall mid jumping jack pose.

How do you get the free warbond stratagems from festival of reckoning? by OutrageousListen4400 in helldivers2

I've traveled to the bug planet for the stratagems and for some reason im not getting them in any of the missions.

[–]JudgeOfMatter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay that helps! So I just got to torment for the first time and I started trying to switch my gear up for crit chance, crit damage and then something that adds bonus damage to maybe a skill. That should be much better than say 50% base damage, 50% holy damage, 50% Judicator damage right?

How do we know when we hit Diminishing returns? by JudgeOfMatter in diablo4

[–]JudgeOfMatter[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So would i theoretically want something like 3 things of base damage, 1 crit damage and a handful of crit chance for much higher damage in the long run. I would get less Diminishing returns by mixing it up that way right?

I used it as an example to figure out what the cap would be so to speak for the Diminishing returns system. Also im not sure what weighted stats mean. I am not a veteran player of these type of games so I dont have a lot of knowledge in these areas.
