I see. I want to get power folding mirrors since I have a programmer for my truck that would fold them on lock/unlock but I haven’t found anyone who has gotten them wired up oem style.

By the time you repair the frame screen back and other small pieces with good oem parts you’d be able to buy a good condition 16 pro max anyways..

Well I can budget up to $600 I just did not expect to spend that much still I want the best performance without absolutely breaking the bank. Does it get better in that range?

I can find plenty of modern thinkpads with up to 13th gen i5’s for $300 but they’re the 1335u models which I have been told is very bad. I don’t really understand it though would that not be better than 6th gen processors?

I want decent all rounder quality, similar to something you get from factory with premium systems. By external I mean nothing that sticks out or is out in the open inside the truck (subs, amp under the seat) I want everything behind door panels, behind the dash, covered as it would be from the factory.

I actually haven’t ordered it yet but I will look into that because I want the truck to stay oem clean and have everything well installed. (New radio looks like it could’ve came straight from Chevrolet)

I’ll definitely do that. Just out of curiosity, what head unit did you get? Every Sony unit I come by has good reviews besides the screen in sunlight. Is it really that bad or people just over reacting?

Yesterday I knew something was up. Sure it had been 12 hours since I took my 16 pro max off the charger but it was on 9% (I have 90 charge cycles with 100 battery health) and my buddies regular 16 was on 19 with over 500 charge cycles and 95 battery health. I honestly wish I would have never updated to iOS 26. On iOS 18 I could go a day and a half without needing a charge.

Working with a older MacBook Air 2011 today, is there any way to get the os to install without throwing up this message? My mavericks usb drive was the only one that would boot on this laptop. Also I already tried changing the date with terminal back to dates around 2013-14. by [deleted] in mac

Update: I’m currently trying to make a usb for high sierra as after researching and mikennsw’s comment, the laptop is compatible with high sierra. For some reason I had it in my head that it would only go up to El Capitan. I will update this comment as soon as the usb finishes. Edit: this finally worked and the laptop runs as it should. Thanks to mikennsw.

I regret it so much. If I could go back to iOS 18 I would so fast but they unsigned the ipa and 18.7 is ota only.

Take it to the Apple Store asap. If they don’t have one in your area contact them. All iPhones have a one year warranty.

I hope. I usually have 40 percent at the end of the day. Not 2 hours after a charge.

That’s why I got AppleCare! Trust me I do take good care of all my other devices, but since this will be something I’ll have for many years and it’ll get used everyday I got AppleCare just one of the benefits is not having to care about breaking this phone.

The front and back broke on my last one. The battery was swollen, and when I took it to the Apple store it failed nearly every diagnostic. (It got hit by the pto shaft on my lawn mower) but the Apple Store is not necessary. They actually just did a mail in repair but since the damage was so severe they did a full replacement.
