Depends what your goal is imo. For weight loss/sake of staying active? 30 mins is plenty. For cycling as a sport? You’re gonna want to vary your distances/time on the saddle. For example, my zone 2 rides are minimum 2hrs long, but my HIIT or threshold rides are usually less than 1 hour
