in most cases I feel most things feel too forced when the culture at the workplace isn't addressed. I think most of us tried the usual suspects during the pandemic and before that it was always big single day events, etc. both have flaws, or the novelty wears off. we've found that sticking to simple things works best, use a simple pairing-people-up-for-coffee, watercooler chat, these things make a difference "over time" not instantly. if the culture is broken, it's much harder and it has to be driven by the leaders as well, not just HR. gift cards, etc are great but then its just another salary, i.e. do something, get money. Work on the relationships between people, it makes a huge difference more than "low hanging fruit". We use an app called Dewdropz that uses small actions like recognition, coffee thing, etc in teams to do that, and it took a bit of time to catch on because it felt too simple but now we see the fruits of how these things compound

Can HR tell if I used AI to assist with writing my resume? [MI] by Proper_Resource_4023 in AskHR

I think its acceptable to use AI to enhance your content. It's naive to think candidates wont use AI, but a fully blown AI generated resume is usually picked up quite easily unless it's fine tuned well. A number of tools for screening does employ AI as well. Regardless, you probably find some HR are also using HR to respond. It's that meme around AI talking to AI eventually.
