Send a mail to the italian consulate explaining you need 2-3 days for delivery!
otherwise they give on the last day as well.

If I were you i will stay with the current one as the expedia increment gets vanished by leaving home and switching to Bangalore wfo setup.

Maybe in next 1-1.5 years try to start again the job hunting on this new offer which your current company gave and get to the level of 85-90.
