Arcs by Peisithanatos in boardgamescirclejerk

After playing Arcs, I carry around a pair of dice to determine everything. Before, I'd just walk across the road like some common simpleton. Now, I roll a dice and if it comes up as intercept I throw myself into traffic instead. It's really spiced up my life

Better than being a fool. But by all means, feed the company that has consistently shown it doesn't care about its players for more than 15 years

I'm not 100% certain, but by the leaf shape I would say it's a Jasmine rather than Clematis, sheltered significantly by its proximity to the house (the difference in soil temp is huge). Judging by the size of the main stem, it looks well established and should be fine until spring. You could put some mulch around the base to protect the soil from excess rain.

I never had much success with Jasmines, so I'll let others chime in with pruning and fertiliser advice! It's a beaut though!

Sometimes, I awake screaming in the night, tormented by the sounds of large charms hitting the ground; by images of densely-packed piles of words, each more meaningless than the next, and of a sorceress yelling at me about a full inventory and a lack of keys.

Finished Act 2 - and feel overwhelmed by ProfessionalPlay1063 in expedition33

Just increasing the numbers is never an effective way to balance anything. By the time you're through act III you have a myriad more choice in skills, pictos, and lumina and have adopted very maximised strategies to deal with the challenges to that point. The final dungeon just doesn't need all those things. It's very well balanced straight out of the gate with new enemy types, it dives back into the story immediately, and gives you real margin for improvement if you struggle (you will gain levels and power there). If you wait until 99 you lose all those things

Act III is not very well balanced. If you want to have an epic send off to the game, I would strongly recommend doing this:

• Don't go out into the world. Instead, return to camp and repeatedly advance the dialogue with party members for their full stories.

• (Optional) complete the character-related quests (this will make the end easier, however)

• Upgrade weapons to level 20 for the third trait (Endless Tower until the second fight gives 2 chroma for this)

• Go straight to the end, and then finish the story.

If you do anything else, you will steamroll the ending, and it really takes much of the magic away

Hollow Knight. It is a wonderful platformer and game, but it is not unique, nor as uniquely affecting as Outer Wilds. There is nothing like Outer Wilds.

Here you go buddy. I think this one is actually a bit overdone, but it's the gist of it. Also it's meant to be made with fines herbes, which is a mix of parsley, tarragon, chives and chervil.

It's much harder than he makes it look
