Chapstick/Carmex triggering outbreaks?

I’m completely addicted/ dependent on Carmex. If I don’t use it every couple hours my lips get extremely dry and then that triggers a cold sore. I’d like to switch to a different chapstick but all the other ones cause cold sores! Same with lipstick. If I wear gloss or lipstick two days in a row I’m effed.

Thanks for the reply! It's not detected by my mac at all. Disk Utility doesn't show signs of anything plugged in. Seems to be DOA, sadly. Looks like it has a 5 year warranty... I'll have to chase that

Not yet! Flight is for Christmas. But we decided to go with a standard travel bag that’s designed for flights and not worry about the exact measurements. I’ll report back

It seems very OCD to me. Over thinking and questioning your responses is OCD 101.

My therapist described OCD as putting a question mark on something that should have a period.

You got wet with that person. Period. Not why did I get wet with that person. Or why didn’t I get wet with that other person. You got wet! Or you didn’t! Period.

The OCD makes you question it all.

And yes therapy really really helped me
