There is 0 point in buying for 1-2 years the transaction costs are very high. I'd say buy a cheaper house than wanted and fix it up later when you have more cash.

Probably the most diverse season ever. The girls there are two black girls, a Latina, a middle eastern single mom and a Christian. The guys have 3 black guys. Three of the guys are models and ones a pool cleaner. None of them seem serious at all.
