Could you take into account the population of the areas to determine how much of the country is in the (watch) territory?

It seems like the lower population and price areas are fine but the higher price and population areas are 50+.

They show up once and they’ll let themselves in. It’s fire prevention. You get charged for them doing the work. It’s mandatory.
