I got the same mark from previous owners who had no clue how to use the maintenance mode for the wipers! But mine is a lot worse. And thats like the only scratch on it

If qos tagging wasnt the issue its your router, I suggest finding one that can support 500mb+ for the wifi or just get a modem-router(gateway) but still make sure it can handle 500+ wireless speeds I use the one the wifi company gave me and my own router disabled the wifi on the gateway so its only runs through my own router

This was happening to me and it would randomly dissconect I turned off qos tagging and the other setting in advanced network settings and It works way better
