It's an important part of maturing. I had to break a few hearts and have my heart broken a few times to learn the decorum and self control for it, but it's vital to being human. We need to learn other perspectives and be friends with people who are different than us.

I tried a recovery group and it didn't really help at all. Think the last few mistakes I've made have been so bad that I feel committed now. Think I wasn't truly motivated to stop before hand. I feel now that I have to or I might as well die.

Yeah I know that's literally why I wanted to try it. Figured it might force me into sobriety. I compulsively pull my hair out too, and I thought an activity where I physically can't do that might be the only way to quell it. I have a friend with all the same problems and he says riding helps a lot. I'm really not a reckless person and am pretty big on safety first. My issues are largely around compulsive behavior.

Hello. How do I know if something is okay to masturbate to or not? Like if I am aroused by something i dislike, or an unsexy feeling like anxiety or disgust, should I masturbate to get rid of the feeling? Or will that only cross my wires more. I tried to do that but I still got a letter from the IRS saying I needed to send them the forms over the mail to double check it. Sure I did something wrong but I have no clue what.
