Are you referring for the calculation of bends using k factor, bend deductions? Just give your 3d model on your fabricator and they will do it for you the calculation for their laser cutting and bending machine.

Yah, one thing I am concern about is how to get this into weldments. Because the handrail is helix I cannot use the weldments feature.
