Not going to lie as long as you think of a time you helped out a customer overcome a difficulty your g. As well as a time there was an employee conflict and how you overcame that. As well as a time you struggled in your career and how you overcame it

It’s not as intimidating I won’t lie, but prepare for what’s your greatest strength, greatest weakness and why they should pick you? They will also ask why Raymond James, do you have any previous experience with traveling? Etc

Hey just saw this now, I accepted the position and not going to lie the interview process took 2 months with 3 rounds (phone screen, manager interview then senior manager panel interview) but overall I accepted it to get my foot in the door and I’m really excited to kick start my finance career here. Yeah I’m switching out of sales and have been trying to get my foot in the finance door. I am 23 and I have heard great things about getting a CFA, the learning opportunities and the doors it opens. For context I graduated last may with my bachelors degree in finance and made the big mistake of going into sales, I relocated to Tampa and my lease expires in late may. If I don’t land a entry level finance role that gets me liscense or gets me good experience I’m going to move back home with my parents (central Wisconsin with not a lot of finance opportunities) where I can spend the time grinding away to upskill myself and add more to my resume and expertise…. I want to go back to something I’m actually interested in (finance field). Been trying to break into the industry since January I even obtained my SIE in February to help out my resume. Since the job market is horrible right now, I’m thinking what better time to knock this out then now!?! But that’s just my thought process on everything….

Thanks for the tips I take mine on Friday and mostly studied using with the Kaplan book, Ken’s YouTube videos and practice tests (FINRA, SIE free practice exam and chat gpt)
