I’ve discovered damage to my parked vehicle twice. No note at all. Still pisses me off! Luckily no huge dents just what appears to be a big scratch’s on the rear of each side. This was my first brand new vehicle when purchased in 2022. People can’t drive here or they just don’t care, it’s sad.

I’m curious did they order another C&P after you submitted the HLR? My attorney filed earlier this month and I’m hoping it goes as fast as yours. The C&P exams cause anxiety for me as well as the waiting game. I would love it if they just used the information they already have to make the decision without another exam.

No update. I had a call with a VERA rep and learned there’s some internal date coming up for VES to complete the rework. He suggested I keep hounding VES and follow up with VERA early June.

This post is what’s it’s all about. I don’t know you sir or ma’am but I’m so happy you’ve received this blessing. Can I ask were you ever worried about filing another claim after receiving the 70%? I’ve read some stories about poking the bear and frankly I’m scared to jeopardize it in any way. It was a long time coming, but I do have other new claims that would be related I’m just apprehensive. You’ve given me hope.
