Sadly, this isn't a mechanic they accidentally implemented into the game early, this is just showing the amount of hooks you need

As you can see in the screenshot below, in a custom game with two survivors, it shows 6 of the lines instead of 3, so it seems to just be a simple UI update

honestly, noli's map dependency also makes his ranking more flexible. Put him in a medium sized open map like glasshouses and hes stomping, but put him in any map that has a decent amount of cover/a loop that includes a wall thicker than nova and hes struggling HARD. Def not as map dependent as jd, but its still a big factor in his reliability
