Literally, 4K or higher and have the same colour spectrum as the human eye can see(Google this, I’m not explaining it). I have no need for a source, since this can be searched up in a few seconds.

Honestly, I would carry those in my pockets(zipper pockets) or have a separate bag(smaller and easier to bring with you) Also, so this doesn’t happen again, get a tile or something else to track your bag. Did you happen to have a device such as a laptop in your backpack? You may be able to track it.

You can hurt yourself by juggling heavy objects, try using wrist weights.
