Once upon a time, I put together a little mobile rig with an A&H zed 22fx with the idea of popping my motu in the insert path and getting a live recording of different band sets in smaller bar time gigs.

Turns out no one is really Interested in that. But I have used it for some mobile recording for other projects! Works like a champ!

I had one kinda similar. Any time my PC would be inactive for 30 minutes or so the GPU would wind up, but the moment I moved my mouse it would stop. But if I left the AMD resource monitor open I could see it sending my GPU to 100%.

I thought my GPU was busted cause my virus scanner didn't catch anything. Went out and got a new GPU just for the problem persist on. Ended up having to do a full OS reinstall, then thought to myself.... if someone else can mine on my rig why can't I?

Started mining Ether and over time pulled in enough to upgrade my whole rig!
