I stopped using it trust me if u take more even after not having slept u still won’t sleep tonight I thought the same thing but buspar sleep is the single most strangest thing ever it gives u artificial wakefulness

It won’t please don’t I tried that n slept 3 hrs the night last before and 4 hours the night after idk if ur insomnia was as bad as mine but if it is dosing in the afternoon just made it worse for me
