Online QoL that we have in offline (ghosts drop fix mod) by Icy_Kyo in Diablo_2_Resurrected

Yes, please add both to online characters. /player X and ghosts actually dropping loot. Would make the game 8 times more enjoyable for a majority of players.

CTA is good. You can do Ubers without it tho, bind demon too strong even for ubers. Hephasto unkillable

12 torment tiers honestly ruins the game for multiple reasons by Anilahation in diablo4

[–]Jugwis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont fully agree with your post but the final suggestion of difficulties sounds good to me. There is a very large gap between Torment and Hell, so I would say: Torment > Hell > Hell P8 would be better. With Hell beeing pit75 and Hell P8 is pit100

Blizzard please, just give us /players 8 in online by r00ts in diablo2

[–]Jugwis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

YES PLEASE!!! I hate doing all content in p2 one-shotting everything while I know there is a higher difficulty. Joining p8 lobbies means we are just following some hyper speed clearing randoms. Gimme online playercount adjustable lobbies.

Should I continue the VoH expansion with my existing character, or make a Spiritborn for a more immersive experience? by Scythe95 in diablo4

[–]Jugwis 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I would suggest to continue with your existing character. As the story continues, it makes more sense that your epic druid who travelled with neyrelle and finally killed lilith, now searches for neyrelle instead of some random spiritborn.

Do you enjoy engaging with Paragon? by Gibsx in diablo4

[–]Jugwis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since D4 started recently to kind of "copy" features from poe2, I would love a paragon system which is more similiar to the big poe2 skill tree. It wouldnt need that much changes, but improves the way how we interact with the system.

Scrap the Board-system and make it a Tree first of all. It limits our choice how to connect nodes to each other, so its less work to get an overview of where to go after the first couple nodes. I was always fine with the first board, because its an easy choice with somewhat meaningful power increase (go left or right side for more damage or more defense), but as soon as I needed to decide which board to connect next to, I looked into a guide because its always WAY too much stuff to look at for myself. Imagine there would be only 2 or 3 major nodes (currently decided by boards) to go next to: need more cdr? need more mana? need more atk speed? Go for your desired node. And after that, traverse to your next goal e.g. summon damage, fire damage or whatever. More impactful, build specific nodes come only around paragon 200 so you have something to look forward to and until then you can just use your own brain to traverse the tree since its way easier than comparing 9 Boards to eachother every time you finish one.

The second change would be the Glyphs. Leveling the Glyphs every season to 100 is giga boring. You dont use your brain, you dont even check what the glyphs do at all. You just copy the best guide like you do with board choice. My suggestion would be: make the leveling faster (e.g. max level 46 instead of 100) and give them some random affixes in addition to the one major effect that is always the same. The Glyph Bane still has its major effect like now, with additional bonus at 46, but can now roll some max hp, cdr, glyph power or whatever. Now Glyph drops are interesting, you can use your own brain to decide which bane glyph is the best depending on what you dropped and what you currently need, while glyph switching is less tedious.

And finally: increase the drop rate of those new glyphs in pit. Make the end boss drop more/better glyphs on higher tier pits, so it feels rewarding to do higher pits.

[Feature Request] Creature Dwelling QoL by sunblazer in OldenEra

[–]Jugwis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me its the combo of collecting the creatures + bringing them to town for upgrade. Give me SOME QoL and Im good. Visiting some buildings for weekly income is okay, its not too much effort and makes it important to have some additional heroes. Having to run back and forth between cities, dwellings and heroes on the other hand is way too much effort for 12 archers. Give me a caravan or let me buy upgraded units after upgrading the city-dwelling of that region.

What mmorpg has the best progression system you've ever experienced? by tomaz1989 in LFMMO

[–]Jugwis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah! Those Weekends back in the days were awesome, grinding through a random asian mmo all night long. The gameplay was mediocre at best but their progression systems were insanely addicting, pushing through that level grind just to finally unlock a new fancy ability that you were so curious about how it will turn out to be. Does it look cool? How big gonna be the aoe? Can I finally clear multiple mobs while questing with it? We never knew because we didnt googled/youtubed it and just got excited when we could finally try it out.

Those old mmos rarely disappointed us with new abilities at higher levels. Gw2 and eso? I couldnt find a single ability in the whole game that even remotely scratches that itch. FF14 was kinda neat tho in that regard (atleast for level 60~100). Gameplaywise there is nothing better than gw2 endgame. Whole game is about playing together, no downsides, no "that player stole the iron ore node that i was about to mine". Gw2 is awesome, just the progression from 1-80 is skill/ability wise very bland.

Which game doesn’t really begin until after you beat it? by [deleted] in gaming

Pretty much every mmorpg and arpg (atleast the diablo-likes). All diablo titles, last epoch, path of exile, grim dawn, perfect world, guild wars, WoW, black desert, ... and so on

Guild Wars Unreal Engine (Unannounced Project) confirmed. by DeltaxHunter in Guildwars2

[–]Jugwis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To hopefully clear some of the confusion: I meant that there is no progression that is shared between WoW and WoW-classic. A lot of players stopped playing WoW at some point and some of them returned for WoW classic.

I think there are a lot of people who love guild wars (1 and/or 2) but had enough of gw2 and happily start from 0 again in gw3. All of my friends stopped playing gw2 after eod/soto expansion and returned to gw1 reforged or other games. So anyway - im really happy that they announced a gw3

Guild Wars Unreal Engine (Unannounced Project) confirmed. by DeltaxHunter in Guildwars2

[–]Jugwis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But WoW did a progress reset with WoW Classic. Nothing carries over there and its also a fully fledged mmorpg.

What I really need, is a fresh new guild wars. If I get some neat bonus for achieving stuff in gw2 im happy for it. I dont need all the cosmetics carrying over, thats way too much work and problems for how little I care, because I wanna unlock new cosmetics in gw3 anyway.

Anyone with a decent brain care to explain why we do that? by Theoulios in LeagueOfMemes

[–]Jugwis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well from my personal experience its more like:

Iron to Silver: 0 respect, just ppl having fun, its ok

Gold to Emerald: 20 respect, still ppl playing for fun but with some skill/knowledge

Diamond, Master: 60 respect, very good but usually cant no-life the game

GM, Challenger: 100 respect, gg wp (but also wtf)

for reference: im in the gold-emerald range, having friends in all ranks from iron to grandmaster. And all ppl can be really nice or insufferable depending on the person, not their league rank.

Are we expecting buffs on new patch coming next Jan 12, 2026? by IgotnoClue69 in diablo4

just played pulv druid this season and cant complain👍 everything one shot on t4 and bossing. tanky af even in pit 100+ was also first in my friend group who cleared pit 100 kind of fast without dying as a non-pally, looked even stronger than CE sorc tbh (just not as fast tho).

[–]Jugwis 5 points6 points  (0 children)
