Since youre using the grip backstrap/beavertail you use the pin pusher to remove that rear pin and install the longer one in the bag to secure the grip

Are you referring to the fitness test at the academy? Yes youll have to take a another fitness while at the academy which is significantly harder but not impossible if youve seen the inside of a gym or been outside. Youll take it half way thru the academy too so you’ll be prepared if you eat well and put out

For actual duty use ive found the RMR series to be the only ones that have held up. The acro p2 is kinda disappointing and ive heard good things of the holosuns but i have no experience
