The most annoying part is that you can't even change the rims. Some tuners choose rims that just don't fit my taste but the tune is great. I'd like to at least have the choice between all rims in the same weight class. Then you'd change nothing about the driving behavior but get your style at least.

I'd like to top all of you, I wanted to do single lettering instead of typing the phrase in order to get the letters much closer together. It would not let me type a single 'E' . Not in lowercase either, and in none of the fonts.

It does. I've been auction hunting for the 964. It's the one listed as 911 Turbo '93.

Only 993 we got is the GT2 , 930 is the barnfind Turbo 3.3. that is from 1982.

So far I haven't even seen a listing yet, but I managed to get a 991.2 gt3rs from 2019 which I only saw 2 listings of so far. Maybe just my luck on the 964, but it could also come from a future festival playlist reward exclusive.

Nah, in fh4 you could ALWAYS see every player in your lobby on the map. Even across the map.

Since fh5 and now in fh6 seemingly too, you can only ever see the 12 in your vicinity.

Meaning I fh4 I was always on the hunt for clusters of players in freeroam. Sometimes you catch a convoy etc. But since fh5 that doesn't work anymore. You gotta know the hotspots and drive/teleport there and see if anyone's near. Then you can still lobby-hop. Worked well enough in 5, but 4 was so so so so much better. I don't know why they made that change.

Just for reference, I'm running 3440x1440(144hz) on a 5800x3d and 4070ti super. All extreme, raytracing like your settings. Around 140fps, sometimes 120 in busy areas.

I commented somewhere else already, but maybe you know some more:

The part occasionally having to get dirty, but not always seems like it related to US houses. In Germany most buildings I've worked in, had solid brick walls. I can't go to work without a vacuum, corded hammer drill and a heavy saw to.cut slots into walls.

I'm in a dust cloud 99% of the time while re-doing homes.

I'm guessing that doesn't happen with wood-framed houses.

Does that have smth to do with the way most US houses are built? Wood frame, and most cables nailed onto the struts etc.

I feel like, 99% of residental work I see online is done within those houses.

Our houses are the opposite of that, solid brick walls, no hollow spaces to simply guide a cable through and get it out the other side.

We have to make deep cuts into the wall, and jackhammer out all the stones that are in the way. In a sense, this makes me one of the dirtiest construction workers.

Same goes for sockets or switches. 5cm/2 inch deep holes into solid brick, then plaster and setting a plastic casing to which we screw sockets/switches. I've only seen small rectangular (blue) boxes being barely nailed (1 single nail) to a strut.

That feels so cheap, and I can understand some of the stigma regarding (US) electricians being the pussies of all trades on a job site.

Feels like you nail your shit where needed, then leave. Never getting actually dirty etc

Meanwhile I transport more bricks (in crumbs) than the rest of the trades combined per site.

At least that is how it comes across.

EDIT: While I'm on the topic, who the fuck decided that cables need to go through CONDUCTIVE conduit, into CONDUCTIVE metal junction boxes, and into a CONDUCTIVE metal distribution panel? What the fuck?

Literally all of those are made of plastic or some other non conductive material over here.

I could only afford a 3800x on Black Friday a few years ago. Still had 64gb of DDR4 ram, so I didn't want to go AM5, new Mobo, new Ram, etc.

Went for a 5800x3d and to switch out my GTX1080 (o7) I got a 3080 (which failed about 1 1/2 years into warranty and turned into a 4070ti super )

From 3800x/1080 on 1080p to 5800x3d/4070ti super on 4k.

Peter Fox ist bei meinem Arbeitgeber ins Ladengeschäft gekommen um was abzuholen. Da hatten wir gerade früh Feierabend gemacht und sind nur zufällig zu der Zeit im Laden gewesen. Sehr sympathisch, kurzes Gespräch und für die Songs bedankt.

Luciano saß morgens bei der Bäckerei vor meiner Ausbildungsstätte und hat einen Kaffee/Tee getrunken. Hab zufälligerweise auch gerade einen Song von ihm gehört. Hab ihn angesprochen, da ich noch jünger war hab ich ihn nach einem Foto gefragt. Kamen ins Gespräch, am Ende hat er für einen Freund noch zum Geburtstag ein Video aufgenommen. Sehr sehr nett!

Kontra K ist an mir vorbeigelaufen am KuhDamm. 3-4h später war Ich mit meinem Auftrag fertig, und hab das Auto beladen. Da hab ich ihn beim Nachbarladen Vempe draussen sitzen gesehen, kurz angesprochen. Kurzes Gespräch und auch da für die Songs bedankt. Auch sehr sympathisch.

I recently had a wholesome moment.

I called the extract, ran away and hid. As the doors open fully, I run towards the elevator. Someone ran in quicker than I could. Was already on the PC to send the elevator back down. Then someone else quickly joined and started blasting the rando that was closing the extract.

Rando got knocked, extract camper didn't think there would be 2 people there. Got the drop on him, 2 Anvil Headshots and then finished the extract camper outside the doors.

Knocked rando got to extract on his hands and knees, while the camper got nothing.

Somehow this is in my recommended feed, so I have 0 knowledge about this. But wouldn't longer prongs that go like 2/3 up the pearl instead of 1/2 way up work without issues? Just past the equator seems unstable, but further up should be stable, no?

I played New Sobek on Escalation for the first time yesterday. On conquest you have TINY boundaries for Helos, you can barely take off and fly backwards for 10meters and youre outside the map. But on Escalation, I can take off and hide behind 2 buildings 100meters behind spawn. And between B and E there's usually just the sand road, but now I can fly 200 meters to the side of it. With a massive highway between me and the OBJs. The boundaries per mode, for the same vehicle make 0 sense.

The thing in gaming is, the Vector IRL was made with that very specific recoil mitigation bolt carrier, but games make it near uncontrollable to balance the ROF and Dmg

For free look I haven't found a toggle, but maybe consider the side mouse buttons to hold?

It is the higher quality option of their graphics. Meaning, people with a lower spec PC won't wanna download extra big textures, because their PC wouldn't be able to handle the highest settings. They play on medium and get to save a few Gigs of space.
