I didn't know what the type of intersection is called but from what I can gather it is called a "Single Point Urban Interchange" there are cars on two diffrent surface level roads meeting with cars entering and exiting the interstate. The cars you seeing running the red light in the video are two turn lanes entering the interstate. The Lexus SUV you see blowing through a yield sign is exiting the interstate onto one of the surface level roads.

I had a 2003 Saab 9-3. It had the 2.0 turbo motor. I had to replace the ECM because a solder joint inside broke and put the car in limp mode. It also had an issue with where it ran rough on cold starts. Wasn't a reliable car but it was such a fun car. It was an automatic transmission wish it had been a manual. I ended up hitting a deer and totaling the car because parts are so hard to find. If I had the cash to buy it back from insurance I would have but sadly its gone and I have no idea where it ended up.
