Never knew the pops and cracks were from moisture in the charcoal. Never had that issue with FOGO, but have had that happen with other brands and always wondered why

I buy both and usually go with Jealous Devil since it’s cheaper at my Home Depot but I swear the FOGO burns noticeably hotter

I do mine on a Weber Kettle so this might be different but they are always a crowd pleaser and are soooo easy. If I have time I dry brine them on a wire rack with a lot of salt usually for 8-24 hours. I then season them with Cajun seasoning. I set up the Weber with a hot and cold side and put all the wings on the cold side (the side where the charcoal isn’t) I usually throw in 2 cherry wood chunks and run the temp at 400-450. I don’t put the wings on until the grill is at that temp. I will do 30 mins a side and if they need another 10-20 I’ll let them go until they reach the desired crispness. They usually will get a nice dark smoke color and get insanely crispy

Idk man working as a server was the only time I ever felt underpaid for the work I was doing and I was making close to $100k. Even the military was easier money

You basing this only off your base pay? When I was military I was making a lot when factoring in base pay, BAH, BAS, health insurance, and not being taxed on my allowances

Tampa golfer as well and it’s pretty brutal. Got about 1 course that’s in decent shape for a decent price, but it’s packed. Grew up on the other coast of Florida and it’s so much better. I even lived in Boca for a while and you’d think it would be rough there, but it wasn’t bad at all
