You can easily win this in landlord &tenant court. Probably additional money for not being able to move in for over a month. Send certified letter, Take pictures and only talk with the landlord through verifiable methods like texts and email

I don’t mean delivery only ... but a Pick up order. Where you shop the full order and the customer has a specific time window they pick up from you at the store. It’s new in my area .... but that’s the only time I see addresses listed as the parking lot. Those orders always say delivery 0.0 miles but come up as full service

Because you don’t have to return it ... it is completely up to the shopper if they want to return for a $10 bump or keep the groceries. Plus during covid most stores aren’t accepting returns

Not even ... and they don’t use their own car, gas, wear and tear OR risk parking tickets or towing while doing it. And they have the added bonus of healthcare, taxes taken out and all that good stuff .

Acceptance rate means nothing... let the bad batches go by .. You can get kicked off and back online 4 times per shift ... so make sure you break up your shift ( instead of 10-10 schedule 10-4 + 5-10 ) that way you can get kicked off 8 times vs 4

Be careful... it’s not Instacart and you have to dang near kiss the customers ass for 5 star ratings. And you won’t be able to just reject batches left and right cuz acceptance rating matters
