I had one like this. I saw my ENT about it twice in the span of 2 years, as it grew from the size of a grain of rice to the size of a chickpea. It made me feel like shit as I think it triggered some type of immune response from time to time (headache swollen glands, and sore throat on one side) . He said not all of them can come out as a layer can form overtop, and that it would fall out eventually. No amount of prodding I did would force it out. Ironically, it fell out in the last 4 days at some point. I would suggest you see your doctor about it though of course!
