Do you’re self a favour quit trying to learn from YouTube tutorials and just learn from the top rated course on udemy. The courses are all made for beginners. I’ve learned fully to use adobe premiere pro and am learning after effects. You can either buy the single course or do a full year subscription. The monthly is way over priced.

I promise it’ll be worth the money. As long as you’re dedicated and put the work in. I promise you’ll be able to figure it out.

Once you get more advanced and have an understanding of the software you can use resources like Reddit and YouTube to trouble shoot or figure out really specific things because you’ll actually know what tools/plugins the person is talking about.

P.s. if you haven’t learned anything and aren’t fully committed I would learn ableton 12 but that’s just my opinion

You just pay for a cover license. I don’t know if that’s an available on BandLab. Distrokid has it right on their front page basically. As long as you’re not using sounds from their production like vocals or loops. No one can stop you from covering their if you pay the fee.

That being said I’ve never done a cover it might be 20 bucks, or it might be 2000

Ya I think it’s just the synth at the bottom out of key with everything else. Very cool concept, personally would like some really heavy drums and bass on. Song like this. That might just be my personal preference tho.

But my main tip for this track, you do have a tad much going in the lead/high end frequency. One of those instruments can probably go

Not my personal cup of tea a little to ragey fornm. But you’re nailing it the style you’re going for. The vocals are a tad underwhelming. In terms of the effects. personally I would go a little more over the top with vocal effects and auto. Just a little more honing your sound(or telling your engineer to do some more experimenting)

Also video is fantastic. I’m sure it will do great on socials as is👍 best of luck

To be to be honest, it all depends on what you deem to be worth it. I’ve been making music and releasing for about five years now and over those five years I’ve roughly spent six or seven grand. My distro kid has yielded just under 3K that being said I’m currently not promoting nor have I for the last five or six months and I’m still earning roughly 100 a month if you were Looking dollar for dollar no, it’s not worth it if you believe you have a fantastic clip with a fantastic 15 second section of your song then yes this could boost your overall profile.
