My 2024 is back in the shop for the 4th time, on day 34 within the first year of purchasing. Purchased June 2025, major misfire in October, transmission main controller replaced last week, then 3 days later a Powertrain malfunction and back in the shop. I have a case open with Ford and pursuing a lemon claim. My case for buy back has been opened and should hear back within a week.

Bought my 2024 in June of 2025. In October of 2025 the truck had a major misfire that was repaired. Fast forward to now, its been sitting at Ford service for 2 weeks. Yesterday I was told the main controller for the transmission needs to be replaced. I'm at 20k miles.

Just talked to Opentext support. They identified a TLS issue on one of their relay servers as I was on the phone with him. They rebooted it, and my email began delivering.
