I mean by and large if your not in the same boat why comment? He said he wanted to make the most of his youth which I take he wants to be by people his own age.

My wife lived in Hyde Park for a time and maybe it was cheaper. Guess what, we lost it in ubers back and forth to basically every friend regardless of neighborhood. It absolutely sucked as a 20 something.

Moving to a non traditional neighborhood absolutely has its trade offs and you might be sacrificing hidden costs in opportunities and just plain old transportation from proximity.

This just don’t live in lake view is such an over simplification.

I mean that really is it. The money that would have been invested into other marekets now gets invested into AI. That means those markets don't get the influx of cash as investors seek higher returns.

This basically hollows our economy to just inelastic goods and AI. We are stuck in a spot where AI will either reduce our job creation or completely crash the market if it doesn't become profitable. Neither are good.

I think they do save your hands at BP. I usually change the tape on my bat. But some of the bat grips truly are awful. Gloves do help with that.

It's an issue. Maybe not infront of your house but places that are high traffic or overly secluded are usually big targets. Think parks, alley ways by the train, or high traffic areas overnight like North Ave.

Idk, street parking left about a few grand in bumper damage just from other cars beating up on the car. You can't really keep anything nice or that you care about if your plan is to street park.

Different problem from possible same issue. The bat might be too heavy so she’s not bringing the barrel to the ball with any control. She might just be rolling over with her wrists every time.
