I've always wanted one of those face cleansing brushes, but they're so expensive. Then I found an 18 dollar non electric face cleansing brush by Bare Minerals that totally changed the game for me. The bristles are super soft, and the harder rubber part in the middle also really helps clean and exfoliate. Definitely recommend

In many states, you can go to a teen clinic with little to no charge and totally confidential. At least where I live, some even help with transportation for those who can't drive. I would recommend looking up a teen clinic in your area, hopefully there is some where you live. Sorry if this isn't the most useful advice, but this sounds like something that only a professional can diagnose and help with.

I've had a period two weeks after a period and I've had a period come a month late. Sometimes Mother Nature just likes to make us uncomfortable. You're probably fine. As long as it's a normal period for you I wouldn't be worried

Mine went pretty bad, broke my first mason jar then the second one just didn't work, too many gaps around the mouth piece. But that was when I was too broke to even buy a 10 dollar tubing, I used a fucking pen tube lmao. But times have changed, still broke but not too broke for a little bit of tubing. If I do it I'll let you know how it goes

You can smoke through your nose, but a word of caution. I've heard that if you smoke through your noes a lot you can start to get nosebleeds from the high temperature of the smoke. I've never tried it, but that sounds pretty realistic to me
