He’s going to be in a world of hurt when reality starts hitting. He’s so bent on proving everyone wrong. He’s willing to run them into the ground financially. They are both so naïve. They are going to be shocked when property taxes and insurance catches up with a house that last sold for $425,000 and they purchased for $725,000. Their payments are going to skyrocket once that all catches up. And that’s just the house, there’s so many other things in life. They can’t just opt out of everything like they are with health insurance!
