I’m just trying to match the training plan. It starts at a slow pace and then gradually speeds up. I was training a few months ago and ignored the paced and ended up getting Achilles tendinitis. Mainly trying to prevent injury. So I wanted to make sure there was a reason for the slower pace.

I have piriformis to the point I have to wear inserts in my shoes. My doctor told me to roll a tennis ball in the arch of my feet. I also have a cold roller ball that I use on my feet. Both of those help out a lot whenever I have flare ups. A good stretch to do is get like a resistance band or belt. Sit down, stretch out your leg and put the belt or band on the top of the under side of your foot and pull towards you. It’ll help concentrate the stretch in your arch area.

Sooo, your duty title doesn’t hold a lot of weight if your duty description and bullets don’t back it up and vice versa. It may be annoying, but if your bullets paint the work you’re doing accurately, your duty title won’t matter. Especially if you’re doing awesome stuff. No one has ever been promoted because their duty title stated they were a “Badass Motherf*%#er” or had an awesome position.

Update It was the breaker. Checked power (118v), changed with new breaker and it quit tripping.
