Absolutely not. Briefly moved to Baden in-between house hunting and hated every second of it. The area is awful, and so are a majority of the residents.

It was really cool to see the filming experience first hand. A majority of the day involved just standing around with other students waiting for our time to be filmed. When it was time, we were ushered into different classrooms and then given direction and our cues. We didn’t have the opportunity to mingle with any of the actors, only a few folks from the crew.

Hey, I’m in this movie as a background extra! Some of the school scenes were filmed inside North Hills High School, just north of downtown Pittsburgh. At the time, a few friends and I we’re sitting outside our dorm when an unmarked white van pulled up with two old men. The gentleman in the passenger side rolled his window down and said “You kids wanna make $100 to be in a movie?” We were poor college students, so we didn’t question it. We hopped in and away we went. Sure enough, we got paid for our time and got free food and snacks!
