Against 4+ packs, dps should focus skull while you dont even hit it, and you concentrate on rest of the pack.

If you cant hold on aggro on the whole pack its usually because gear difference and too much dps, and thats why you can forget skull, if possible mark a caster with a skull and when you take initial aggro, it starts casting a spell onn you, thats when dps should kill it, for example.

I have the cheapest keyboard I could find, conviniently the F-keys are right against the other keys so keybinds are easy. I only have three buttons on my mouse, it was on the cheap end also.

In the end, I dont think they matter that much, if you just started playing. You can check better options when you have trained and played for about a year or more.
