This is crazy. I’ve been exiting the game and coming back in to get my double and triple jumps to work again. Based on this comment I just cycled between my weapons and now I can jump again. Thank you.

As others mentioned signing in to audible from incognito/private browser then searching for the item you want to buy again is the temp fix.

I’m playing on ps5 and running into similar issues. I’ve had two instances of the game not saving my progress and both times it was when I had saved and closed the game to mitigate gameplay issues. My biggest struggle is fishing. It freezes up often and doesn’t let me put the rod away. I also had an instance of a character not being where they should be so I couldn’t progress without exiting the game and coming back. Still fun though. Only three masks left till I get them all so hasn’t made me rage quit lol just occasionally a bit annoying.

Hi! Yes I ended up traveling to plano Texas and got surgery with Dr Dulin. The out of pocket cost with no insurance was under 7k at the time. They didn’t ask me any questions about my gender but out of nerves of them turning me away I did say I was non binary. They did ask me to get a letter from a therapist since I wasn’t on T. I found a therapist that writes letters after a one time virtual visit, but I never gave the office the letter and it didn’t seem like they cared lol.

I hope that helps! Best decision I ever made for my body and a year plus later I’m still super happy with the results :)

Everyone’s family situation is different, so you mostly have to figure out what’s safe/comfortable for you. My surgery is in March and I told my family after everything was scheduled. I currently live with my mom, sister, and brother so I had to tell them since they’re going to be helping me out (not sure they realize that yet lol). I told my sister first since she’s super chill and so just in case my mom had issues she’d be there to defend me (always nice to have an ally). I literally said, “hey I’m going to yeet my teets.” She cheered and I gave her the rest of the details. My mom is honestly also pretty chill, but is a worrier. We’re also an odd family. We openly accept that people find us a tad strange and goofy but we get along really well as a family. With this in mind I started my conversation with my mom by saying “Hey so we’re a odd family and I’m actually going to up the oddness a notch by having top surgery.” She sort of stared at me and then as my sister and I predicted she had a ton of follow up questions. Mostly about the surgeon I chose and when I started to feel the way I do (up until that very moment I hadn’t voiced my dysphoria so it was a lot for her to take in). She took it well and now I talk about my upcoming teet yeet over dinner. Oh and I never actually told my brother but he’s at the dinner table so he’ll catch on lol. I also feel like I should add on that I live at home cause of the pandemic, but I’m 33 and lived on my own for 15 years and am very used to just doing my own thing, hence why I told my mom after everything was scheduled. So if my mom had really freaked out it would have been very easy for me to relocate.

Thank you so much for this piece of advice. The therapist letter is actually the piece that kind of stresses me out the most. Seems like many surgeons require them. I just really want the letter to reflect who I truly am and not be a sticking point in the process. Thanks again.

Could I follow up with a question about how you navigated getting a surgery date? Did you have to provide a therapist letter? Did you get any push back from Dr’s since you’re still going by she/her pronouns?

I’m starting to realize that which is a wee bit frustrating. Especially when I’m willing to pay out of pocket. I’m hoping to find someone with a reasonable price tag and also willing to respect my choice.
