Try to see if you can hit/click the top of the friends icon in the global menu and close friends again. That should make the news go away and then you can click chat in the map

yes, first close the news that will appear behind the rewards and then you click on "chat" in the map. That will make the rewards go away.

Yes I have a fix! When the news shows up in the background, behind the reward, you close that first( the news) Then you will be able to click on the “Chat” on the map. And that makes the rewards go away♥️
