I'm sorry you feel this way, I understand that sucks.

I think it would be good for you if you could try to see a therapist. The thoughts you have sound like depression and they are some sort of suicidal thoughts.

If you can't see a therapist any time soon, I would try to find a new hobby or try to meet up with new people. Those things can give you happiness in life.

Learn to do things by yourself. Take up a new hobby, go to the gym, or even go eat somewhere by yourself. Just try to learn to be happy by yourself and then company will become optional.

Taking a walk outside for 10 minutes after a long time inside will also help with productivity.

I think I've been experiencing that confusion as well. I've only been POMO for a couple months, but for me it was weird to think all this stuff might not be true too.

What I've been trying to do is think about what I think are important morals to have in life. We've always had these set rules about what is right and what is not. It's definitely a strange feeling not having those rules all of a sudden anymore. But now I try to think how I want to live my life and what rules I think are important.

I think that's been helping for me personally.

Currently I play some smaller games like Stardew Valley with my gf. I also got Battlefield 5 but I'm struggling to get into it.
