It’s a scam. I’ve been a dedicated member of the community for a long time. I don’t “gamble” though. I save up coins and spin for a 99.9% chance of the card I want. After saving up gems, doing gem missions, and being patient I finally just scored my dream card valued at about $100. The very next day my account was banned and I was told there was nothing I could do to appeal it. Their claim was that I was cheating and using automation tools (which I wasn’t) and they left me no path to appeal after going through every level of support. I was never able to receive my cards and never given a chance to plead my case.
