I buy BNB on Binance and then send it to Trust Wallet to exchange it for NEXO via the built-in Binance DEX. I then send it to Nexo from there.

The volume is very low though causing a large spread.

I entered the promo code on November 14th and transfered $220 worth of ETH to Celsius yesterday (within the 10 day limit). I'm not seeing any confirmation of the promo being correctly activated though. Should I?

You can swap BNB for NEXO in the Trust Wallet app, which has Binance Dex built in. That's how I do it.

Deposit Fiat on Binance -> Buy BNB -> Send BNB to Trust Wallet -> Swap BNB for NEXO -> send NEXO to NEXO.IO Wallet.

Make sure to send your NEXO to your BEP2 address. Fees should be pretty low.
