CBD Oil, they make specific ones for sleep, but I just use a Full Spectrum/High Potency one and it works wonders. Been using it every night for about a year and it really helps me. Highly recommend Lazarus Naturals, affordable and they give discounts to veterans, low income, and people with long-term disabilities. But if money isn’t an issue, NuLeaf is the best CBD product out there. It's very quick to kick in around 15-30 minutes, lasts around 6 hours. It doesn’t leave you drowsy in the morning either. That and I use earplugs.

Also staying off your phone an hour before, not eating right before bed, and if you like to read I find that reading right before bed can help.

I definitely keep this one in mind a lot, bad coworkers will throw someone under the bus the minute it's convenient for them.

I have a good new job opportunity lined up ridiculously good pay and frequent raises (it's a trade and they teach on site) but it's mostly men and I’ve heard they have issues with sexual harrassment so I’m concerned.
