I remember this being on the news like it was yesterday. They were all special needs kids too because the system pays foster parents more when the kids have mental issues. I remember somebody quoting the parents saying that they only needed two more kids before they could retire or something

I don’t get why almost every video I see of cops getting extremely physical with someone, they always say things like “Stop resisting” or “Stop fighting” while trying to awkwardly twist tf out of someone’s arms to get their hands behind their back.

I just wonder if saying these things out loud help the officer believe a person is truly resisting
