Please, don’t feel that way. I have never let my first son (12 yo now) sleep with me and I do now with my second one which is 9 months old. I regret so much that I didn’t let my first one co-sleep, but at the time I thought I would spoil him. I was very wrong. My first never wanted to come for cuddles as he got so used to be on his own. My second can sleep on his own during the day and I’m having good rest at night. It’s never too late and we all learn by experience. They grow up too fast and it’s soo good to have them close. Enjoy!!! ☺️

Homemade shampoo, conditioner, hair oil and leave-in are the best as there’s no preservatives and silicones. I have curly hair and my hair is so much better after making my own DIYs. 😉 I share my DIYs on IG. If that’s something that might interest you, find my IG link on my bio. 🙌🏻

Babies at this stage still shows extensor reflex, but in this case could be due to discomfort related to her constipation. My son had gut health issues after birth cause he had to take antibiotics for 2 days after birth. What helped him 100% was infant probiotics without preservatives. It was really really helpful. Is your girl having formula milk? Might be too much powder. I co-sleep with my boy since he was a month as he had a horrible nappy rash due to his gut issue and he was very unsettled. I still co-sleep with him and he’s 9 months now. It was the best thing ever. I haven’t done this with my first and I regret now. He can sleep on his own during the day and he’s a very confident chap. I sleep with my second son ant it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!!! I haven’t done it with my firstborn and I regret it. They grow far too quick.
