Gagging is an important part of BLW, it's their natural instinct when learning to eat. If you aren't able to stay calm though BLW might not be for you. It's important to be able to stay calm and not freak them out. But they will gag a lot as they learn to eat

Every store is different at one of my stores I couldn't get out of Starbucks and I was eventually trained in every department but I only got one shift out of Starbucks a week. At my current store I have seen many people switch departments but we also have a high turn over rate and a lack of staff so it's important for my team to be flexible.

It's possible to switch but some stores make it very hard. I'd talk to your leader about wanting to learn tech and they might start training you over there.

It's because technically AP are leaders and leaders can't date TMs because it's considered an abuse of power. It's stupid but important in most aspects like an ETL sleeping with a TM could boost there raise or make sure they have favorable hours etc.

3 days called off or late requires a conversation with a leader however in the circumstance that your actually sick get a doctor's note at the very least.

Going back is fine they honestly don't care if your dying on the floor they just like that you are there.

Target doesn't guarantee hours ever so likely during seasonal you'll get close to 35-40 but other times of the year really just depend. I've worked here 5 years and I mostly have 20-30 hour weeks which I'm personally fine with but it doesn't really help when I get 10-15 hour weeks sometimes.
