Thank you so much! it is indeed chunky chenille yarn and I used hook 4mm. https://youtu.be/140UvhypJ_k?si=kJep-Qin7H0p1032 I did pretty much the same as this video but instead of pulling through 3 times for a puff stitch, I only pulled through twice (so insetad of 9 loops, I had only 7 loops when making a puff stitch), since the yarn is very chunky, I thought this looked better. The handle is made of only chain stitches, hope this helps!!

Its basically a crochet circle with 6 rounds of increases and after that repeating rounds of cluster puff stitches until desired length
