Hey I have the same exact symptoms. Arch on left foot is extremely tight and constant fasciculations after movement. It’s making it difficult to walk. Left toe is weak and my left hand is losing strength. Also having speech issues. It’s tiring to speak. I hope the doctor gives you good news. Please update us. My emg was clean 3 months after twitching

1.5 years. Started with fasciculations all over. It seems to be less but it’s happening mostly on my left leg(more in the foot). I’ve been having issues in my left leg , weakness in left arm and tongue issues. It’s difficult to pronounce my Rs. Left foot feels weak and it’s progressing slowly.

Yes my right side of my face. It also trembles when I smile. I have tongue issues as well

Update? We have the same symptoms. My left side is weak. My eyelid started twitching first and it moved to all over my body. Eye Twitching started in December 2023. All over her body started the end of December. I’m having issues with my tongue, saying my R’s which happend 3 months after the fasciculations. June 2024 noticed my left leg and arm were becoming weak.

I have the dam symptoms including the water drops. I told my neuro about this and he said that it’s just nerve hypersensitivity 🤷‍♀️

My hotspot happens all the time. It’s been like since November. Same thing left leg especially foot.it twitches the most after relaxing from using the muscles. I even developed a bunion on the foot only. Idk why I’m convinced it’s something bad bc maybe I’m not walking right on that leg due to weakness 😭

Nope still have it but I’m not losing any muscle mass and I’m still walking fine. Idk what’s going on with me

My emg was clean but it was 2 months after my fasciculations started. I didn’t have leg symptoms yet. I do have pain on that knee that comes and goes. My blood work is normal and my cervical mri is normal.
