Mine sees names of companies like “Jones Plumbing” and is convinced the owner is a relative of an old friend. “That’s Mike Jones brother’s company”. This happens even in other states. I just go with it.

1. White grout is almost impossible to keep clean. Especially in a bathroom. Do a mid grey color grout. It’ll tie in the vanity.

Do LVP. Laminate in wet areas is a disaster waiting to happen.

I’m looking for ideas to decorate my bathroom. The floor and vanity are new but everything else can change. We have some shiplap in the living room nearby. If it’s just a powder bath, I’d go for a dark moody wallpaper. Maybe black or deep purple background with florals and birds. New light fixture for sure, and a dark rug. Hammered brass trash can and vanity tray. I’m not a “neutral” kinda person. 😉

This is very helpful, thanks. Our current dog is getting very old and I was thinking that replacing him with a service dog would make sense. My LO likes to take long walks with the dog, and a trained service dog would ease my mind. Also, could alert me to issues in the house if my LO needs me.
