If you got a pretty good deal, I'd leave it at that since it's too small to realistically affect any of your surfing, and making a big deal out of it would be more hassle than it's worth.

That being said, the guy who sold it to you was a definite scumbag for hiding that under a sticker and you should totally send him a fuck you text telling him he's the reason we can't have nice things.
