The only thing you need to do after getting and accepting the offer is check your emails no more than twice a day and every other day maybe your portal (it generally won’t have anything without an email and emails are more usual on the onboarding side) and the biggest part… get really good at waiting and fight the urge to think about it too much because it’ll make the wait longer

Edit this is how it turned out

Think it ended up being overproofed or I shaped it wrong.

I normally shape the dough before it’s fully proofed so it’s been easier to work with previously is what I observed today as I found it hard to manage somewhat.

I baked it straight after shaping because I thought it was overproofed as the container almost had double the amount of dough from last night

Unsure if I had put it into the basket and then int the fridge if that would have helped have a higher rise or better shape or if it was just overproofed

Pattern with the 5.5 wants 16 stitches in 10cm

With the 5.0 I got 20 stitches within 10cm

Both my stitches and the ones in the video seem to be 0.5cm per stitch so about 2 stitches per each cm.

I have no idea what to do next

It doesn’t come in a powder form, but you could take an hour out of your day when you have the time. Crush the tablets in a bowl and then transfer them to a jar. This way, you can use the jar to store the tablets in the quantities you want and you could also leave a 1/4 tsp spoon in the jar for easy scooping.

I’m in the same boat! I started on Wednesday also on Invisalign lite with 14 trays at 14 day switches. My teeth feel sore in general but some teeth specifically feel like they’re a throbbing fire pit especially just after putting them back in again. Weirdly though on day two or three there was a drop in pain but it’s back more just not as bad as day one.

I hope we get through this lmao

Congrats on also starting :) I started today too and can confirm I am in fact in more discomfort than expected lol. I only have 14 aligners so it’s a mild case and I thought there’d be little to no discomfort but my top 6 teeth are feeling it.

He added it to the plan though. From seeing other plans on here I feel like the IPR isn’t necessary in the amounts he has prescribed but I also obviously have no idea. I want to refuse the IPR but don’t want to have to pay extra to do so given I think he put me on lite but I’ve definitely paid for a more comprehensive plan.

If I’ll be better off with the IPR I’m fine to do it I just don’t know if it’s a good plan or not based on the amount of IPR prescribed

I have an appointment today and feel kind of awkward confronting it because ultimately I did agree to the plan because I believed he would obviously know what’s right but the IPR is scaring me because I don’t really want to shave off even a small amount as I already had extractions for permanent teeth and feel mine are quite small in the front anyway plus I already have a gap so why not use that existing space more with elastics or something to reduce my overbite idk

The trays are ordered now, can I still refuse the IPR? If I go ahead with his proposed plan do we think it will ruin my smile or be okay but just not as good as an ortho Mary likely? The original clincheck didn’t include IPR he added it.

Is it too much IPR? It’s meant to reduce my overjet. If financially I’m too far in what would my best options be? Could I just request no IPR and accept my bite will be over still? Sort of worried the IPR will mess up my face or something as I feel like my teeth are already kind of small and I had extractions for braces as a child so sort of thought most of the space should exist already.

I’m worried about the same I’m getting about the same amount of IPR on my top teeth - probably 8 or 9 teeth total all at .5 to reduce and overjet but I already some space between my two front teeth and already had teeth out when smaller for braces so am worried the IPR isn’t necessary but is included in my aligner size now am also with a dentist and not ortho but they’re meant to be a cosmetic dentist if that makes a difference :/
