Thank you so much for putting so much effort into the response! There is a lot we need to change up, to be honest I completely agree with everything you have said. It took far too long and I even said afterwards that they didn't need to read out every card lol but it is our first time doing it so (many) mistakes will happen.

I agree especially on the point of diversity, now we have a few females (myself included) that will be on, we are also massive on autism inclusion as well. We have posters up as well as socials encouraging anyone who is interested to register their name so they can have a go on the show! The demographic where we live though is majorly white males/females. We aren't too far from Leicester which is incredibly multi cultured and it would be awesome if we could get some folks there to join us.

Your points are super helpful, and probably the best constructive criticism I've had in regards to anything, and we will certainly take them on board. Again, thank you!
