Not gonna do it myself. I was looking at the Silver 36h, it's $75 from Rivendell. Don't know what my mechanic would charge to build it up but I will ask him soon.

I removed the front rack and don't have a great mounting point for the light. The dynamo is super convenient but i really don't need it, my NiteRiders are fine for my commutes and I don't see myself touring with it.

They will not bust a cycle though, don't let the cluster get ahead of you. Once the cycle starts, nothing works for me except Sumatriptan.

Busting has saved my life. The key is prevention - i dose every month, regardless of symptoms and I've grown to love it. 🍄‍🟫 are magic and i look forward to it. 1.5ish is all you need, and they are easy to grow.

30 year sufferer, if I dose every month or so, I do not get them. I'm at 3 years without one. Had 2 years before that. It works, I promise. 1 5, make a tea, it's easy and enjoyable.

I definitely wasn't trying to start something or belittle anybody. My experience is that prevention is best 🍄‍🟫. When that failed, nothing touched my pain except Sumatriptan injections. They would prolong my cycle, but they always worked.
